Special features here are the private pool with three terraces and outdoor shower as well as the separate driveway, which guarantee you absolute privacy. In all houses you will enjoy a comfortably warm ambience in the colder season thanks to the oil central heating (except "House 2" - gas heating). The houses are equipped with the most up-to-date communication and entertainment technology, such as SAT-TV, LCD-TV, home cinema and Wifi.
